LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently partnering with a highly respected Am Law firm that is actively seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its Memphis office. Key Responsibilities

• Draft and revise pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, subpoenas, notices, and court filings
• Manage case files and maintain litigation calendars, court deadlines, depositions, and hearings
• Assist attorneys with all phases of discovery and trial preparation
• Conduct legal and factual research utilizing Westlaw and other research tools
• Review, organize, summarize, and analyze records and case materials
• Prepare and file documents through state and federal e-filing systems
• Coordinate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Strong preference for commercial litigation experience
• Paralegal certificate and/or bachelor's degree preferred
• Familiarity with state and federal court procedures and rules
• Experience with e-filing, legal research, and document management
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Experience tracking billable time is preferred
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $70,000-$90,000
• Comprehensive benefits package available
