Email Marketing SpecialistImmediate need for a talented Email Marketing Specialist. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Assist with the setup and scheduling of email marketing campaignsReview incoming email requests and confirm all required information is providedProofread email copy and review designs to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and qualityInitiate and review test emails to verify formatting and links prior to deploymentCoordinate edits and revisions with Marketing Management and creative teamsHelp maintain campaign schedules and ensure emails are sent on timeCoordinate with Marketing Management teams to help investigate and resolve issues related to email automations or scheduled campaignsSupport ongoing email team optimization initiatives including reporting, insights, automated campaigns, and tracking of email campaign performanceKey Requirements and Technology Experience:Project Management, reporting, proofreading, Salesforce, HTML1+ year of related experienceProject Management with email marketingStrong reporting skillsHigh-level attention to detailStrong writing and proofreading skillsBachelor's degree in Marketing or other related discipline
