Part Time Bookkeeper

Vaco is partnering with a top client based in Phoenix, AZ, to find a part‑time Bookkeeper to join their team. This Bookkeeper will handle all accounting transactions as well as banking and taxes. This is a contract to hire position that is fully onsite and 20 hours per week. This role is paying up to $36 per hour and interviewing immediately! Responsibilities/Essential Functions Record and maintain accurate financial transactions (income, expenses, invoices, receipts). Reconcile bank and credit accounts to ensure accuracy. Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets and income statements. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Assist with budgeting, cash‑flow tracking, and basic payroll tasks. Our preferred qualifications 3+ years of bookkeeping experience QuickBooks experience Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
