Superintendent - Traveling - Multifamily

Job Overview Ryan Companies US, Inc. is looking for a Traveling Multifamily Superintendent for Tampa. You should have at least 10 years of on‑site project management experience in multifamily construction. Responsibilities Manage subcontractor performance. Develop and track CPM schedules. Manage overall construction budgets, safety programs, and train personnel. Comprehend all design documents and review shop drawings. Assist the project team with material procurement and incorporate into master schedule. Establish and monitor the QC program. Value‑engineer throughout the project. Make sound choices and seek creative solutions to problems using all available resources. Communicate and coordinate effectively with all project team members. Travel to projects as needed. Qualifications Minimum 10 years of construction experience. Post‑high school education or equivalent in construction field. Valid driver’s license. Pass pre‑employment drug and alcohol test and subsequent random testing. Working knowledge of BIM and/or CAD and current building codes. Experience creating and managing a MS Project schedule; familiarity with senior living and hospitality projects is a plus. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus. Benefits Competitive salary.
