We’re looking for a detail-oriented Entry-Level Medical Claims Follow-Up Assistant to join New Paradigm Staffing , helping providers resolve unpaid or delayed claims.

What You’ll Do

Contact insurance companies to check claim status
Research reasons for claim denials or delays
Update accounts with follow-up notes and next steps
Identify claims that require correction or appeal
Maintain compliance with payer and HIPAA rules
