ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2017 and currently has a close-knit team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member and was drawn to agency ownership because it offered the opportunity to build a meaningful career while still being present for my family and actively serving our community.

Im a graduate of Nicholls State University and a proud wife and parent of two. Our family loves spending time outdoors - especially fishing, hiking, and enjoying nature together.

Community involvement is very important to me. Ive previously served on the local Chamber of Commerce board and stay active with organizations like the Junior Auxiliary of Vermilion, supporting initiatives that make a difference in our community.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Tiffany Cardinale - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
