ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2017 and currently has a close-knit team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member and was drawn to agency ownership because it offered the opportunity to build a meaningful career while still being present for my family and actively serving our community.

I’m a graduate of Nicholls State University and a proud wife and parent of two. Our family loves spending time outdoors - especially fishing, hiking, and enjoying nature together.

Community involvement is very important to me. I’ve previously served on the local Chamber of Commerce board and stay active with organizations like the Junior Auxiliary of Vermilion, supporting initiatives that make a difference in our community.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Tiffany Cardinale - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
