ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2017 and currently has a close-knit team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member and was drawn to agency ownership because it offered the opportunity to build a meaningful career while still being present for my family and actively serving our community.

I’m a graduate of Nicholls State University and a proud wife and parent of two. Our family loves spending time outdoors - especially fishing, hiking, and enjoying nature together.

Community involvement is very important to me. I’ve previously served on the local Chamber of Commerce board and stay active with organizations like the Junior Auxiliary of Vermilion, supporting initiatives that make a difference in our community.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tiffany Cardinale - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
