Job Description

The Director of Education and Membership Development is responsible for the development and deployment of the association's dealer training program. Additionally, this position includes responsibilities for membership development. The ideal candidate will have in-person classroom training experience of independent automobile dealers focused on dealer compliance, DMV mandated pre-licensing courses and continuing education. Experience working at a dealership or previous ownership of a dealership is a plus. Experience with direct in-person and telephone sales a plus. Bachelors Degree required, Masters preferred. This position requires 50-60% travel to locations in NC and SC. Occasional out of state travel is also necessary. Position is salary based plus commission commensurate with experience.
