Coordinate and supervise construction activities on‑site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project goals and objectives are met. Utilize Procore software for project management tasks including scheduling, cost control, and communication. Directly involve in ground‑up construction, industrial projects, self‑storage facilities, and concrete works. Manage project documentation and ensure all aspects of the project are accurately recorded and reported. Identify potential issues or delays and propose effective solutions to mitigate risks. Facilitate regular meetings with project stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback. Ensure all construction projects are completed within budget and on schedule. Promote a positive and safe work environment at all times. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, focusing on climate‑controlled, ground‑up construction, industrial, self‑storage, and concrete projects. Proven experience as an Assistant Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry. Proficiency in using Procore or similar project management software. Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and liaise with various stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering. Certifications in Project Management, Health and Safety, or related areas are an advantage.
