Paralegal / Legal Assistant

Job Description Job Description We are looking for two (2) career oriented legal assistants to work up files from inception through verdict. Senior Trial Attorneys seek driven individual with a minimum of 5 years of civil litigation/trial prep experience to assist with Auto Accident, Medical Malpractice and Products Liability (MDL) cases at fast paced Plaintiff’s AV rated Personal Injury Law. Position requires, Legal Assistant/Paralegal to: (1) Electronic file and serve of case documents in courts; (2) Prepare discovery, trial exhibits and notebooks; (3) Interact with clients and offices of opposing attorneys and Judicial Assistants with professional communications pertaining to pending cases; (4) Write professional correspondence to clients and legal professionals; and (5) Organize case files and related documents Candidate must be reliable, detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required; Applicant must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. BA degree preferred Health/Dental/Vision Insurance PAID in full by firm.
