Director, Regional Medical Lead, Solid Tumors

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Regional Medical Lead for Solid Tumors to drive strategic alignment between global medical operations and regional markets. This leadership role bridges worldwide medical, R&D, and country teams to execute cohesive disease and asset strategies while optimizing evidence generation and market collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead global and local strategic integration by translating global direction into actionable regional plans and market insights
- Partner with medical partners and cross-functional teams to execute disease area priorities consistently across markets
- Serve as central liaison between worldwide medical and regional market leadership to ensure coordinated execution and escalation
- Guide evidence generation by identifying market evidence gaps, steering integrated evidence plans, and facilitating collaborative studies
- Drive cross-market scientific collaboration and best practice sharing while removing execution roadblocks
Requirements
- Advanced degree preferred (PharmD, PhD, or MD)
- 10+ years biopharmaceutical industry experience
- Knowledge of research, drug development, and real-world evidence
- Program and project management experience with budget and milestone tracking
- Strategic leadership in matrix environments with demonstrated business results
- Strong cross-cultural communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in complex, fast-moving settings
Compensation: $207,490 - $251,433 base
