Cleveland, Ohio Long Term contract/ 6+ Months contract to hire
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all aspects of the Client Enterprise Shared SAS platform, running in a multi-tier Linux/Unix environment with GPFS file system, remains operational to satisfy needs of the business users.
- The Administrator will plan, coordinate and implement all components of the SAS product including software implementation, version upgrades, maintenance patches, metadata configuration, backups and security implementation.
- The Administrator will perform testing of all changes, and migration across environments.
- The Administrator will monitor the system and proactively identify issues and implement solutions.
- Responsibilities will include monitoring space, and implementing space additions or reductions as needed.
- The Administrator will perform troubleshooting of platform issues as well as end-user troubleshooting of issues, and will be responsible for problem resolution.
