Responsibilities Respond immediately to company-generated leads Design deck/outdoor living solutions on-site using professional software Create accurate proposals and close Express Build projects the same day Identify opportunities for Design Agreement upgrades Manage a high-velocity sales pipeline focused on speed and volume Target: 30%+ close rate, 4-6 Express Build closes monthly, same-day responses. Qualifications Proven sales closer with experience in home services, construction, or technical sales. Consistently hit quota and knows how to ask for the business. Design software aptitude or construction background. Can quickly learn professional design software to create deck/outdoor living solutions on-site, or have hands‑on building experience that translates to design capability. Fast thinker who thrives on volume. Designed for same-day design, quote, and close. Systems‑driven professional. Comfortable with technology, CRM discipline, and clear accountability metrics. Requirements: Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, technology proficiency. Compensation
$100,000+ OTE
