Description Veterinary Client Service Representative Location: New Braunfels, TX Full-time: 4x10, rotating Saturdays CanyonVet New Braunfels About You You are a compassionate and organized Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR)/Veterinary Receptionist with strong customer service, front desk, and client communication skills who thrives in a fast‑paced veterinary hospital. You’re comfortable managing appointment scheduling, multi‑line phones, check in/check out, payment processing, and practice management software while delivering an exceptional client experience. Your Experience & Skills Must have veterinary medicine experience Excellent customer service and clear, professional communication Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and stay organized Collaborative, dependable team player Comfortable answering and routing calls on multi‑line phone systems Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Familiar with standard office equipment (printers, scanners, copiers) Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Job Responsibilities Answer phones; greet clients and patients Schedule appointments and coordinate visit details Support the check‑in and check‑out process to ensure a smooth client experience Accurately enter client information, collect payments, and provide receipts Update patient accounts as needed Maintain an individual cash box and balance it at the end of each shift Consistently deliver exceptional customer service in a positive, professional manner Keep the reception area clean and organized Stock pet food, retail items, and office supplies Complete additional tasks as assigned You’ll Grow with Us – Skills Here, you can grow your career as best fits you through access to comprehensive learning and skillset programs.
