Description Entry-Level Accounting Assistant | One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning – Virginia Beach, VA Looking for More Than Just a Typical Accounting Role? One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Entry-Level Accounting Assistant to join our growing team. This position offers a unique blend of accounting, reporting, and administrative responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and learning new processes. We're looking for someone who is adaptable, eager to learn, and excited about contributing to process improvements and operational excellence. What You'll Do Prepare and summarize daily revenue reports for multiple entities. Finalize customer invoices and ensure accurate revenue classifications. Maintain customer membership records and account information. Coordinate the monthly air filter program, including ordering and customer list management. Compile and distribute KPI and performance data to leadership. Assist with month-end processes and various accounting-related projects. Support process improvements and help implement new systems and procedures. Provide administrative support to the accounting and leadership teams as needed. What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities. Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn. Positive attitude and a desire to grow professionally. Requirements Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable, or office administration experience preferred.
