Technical Project Manager - Crisis Management at Insight Global Bentonville, AR

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with a specialization in crisis management to join our team in Bentonville, AR. The role involves establishing a PMO under the Tax Modernization Initiative within FinTech, reporting to the overseeing PMs for the initiative. Responsibilities Crisis Management: Address and resolve issues related to project delays and budget overruns. Program Management: Oversee the Tax Modernization Initiative, ensuring high communication and transparency. Detail‑Oriented: Dive into details to find solutions and ensure project success. Enterprise Tech Projects: Manage enterprise‑level tech projects or implementations, particularly in retail systems and item catalogs. Engineering Resources: Work with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, ETL specialists, infrastructure teams, and data pipelining experts. Stakeholder Communication: Handle strong stakeholder communication and management, balancing competing pressures. Agile Methodology: Utilize Agile practices (Kanban or Scrum) to manage projects. Project Planning: Use WRIKE for program planning and SDLC management. Flexibility: Adapt to building various models, each with unique requirements. Tax Technologies: Exposure to and understanding of tax technologies is a plus. Qualifications Proven experience managing technical projects or programs. Experience with enterprise‑level tech projects or implementations. Experience working with AI/ML engineers and data scientists. Strong stakeholder management skills. Experience with Agile practices (Kanban or Scrum) and sprint cycles. Proficiency in WRIKE for program planning. Familiarity with AI/ML technologies. Experience with retail systems or item catalog systems. Exposure to infrastructure engineering, especially data pipelining. Knowledge of tax technologies.
