Wachter is accepting applications for Project Manager positions for Wachter Technology Solutions -Physical Security department in our Lowell, AR office. Ideal candidates will possess industry experience with single and/or multi-site operations in the: voice/data/security or electrical field. This position provides project management and operational support.

Wachter Technology Solutions (WTS) is a systems integrator and Cisco Gold partner. WTS is a division of Wachter, Inc, and is located in Mt Laurel, NJ. WTS specializes in networking projects such as route/switch, wireless, VoIP, and network security as well as physical security projects such as video surveillance and access control.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the complete life cycle of highly complex projects, including approval, planning, execution, and closeout
• Ensure planned results are achieved on time and within budget.
• Develops budgets, timelines, and ensures progress to plan, as well as tracking critical project achievements.
• Works with vendors and team to establish and achieve goals.
• Coordinates the activities of a cross-functional team.
• Manages the project financials
• Acts as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment.

Requirements:

• Candidate must have proven record of managing the budget, schedule and scope of a project and at least 2 years of project management experience.
• Ideal Candidates will have experience working with Managed services, helpdesks, and SLA's
• Strong understanding of business operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills

The following skills are a plus:

• Bachelor's degree in Information System, Business or other related major or equivalent experience
• Experience working on IT related projects is a plus
• Experience working with Service Now
• a PMP certification

$60 - $75 a year
