Assembler / Test Technician II

Pay: $19-$20 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Day Shift | Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Location: Arlington, TX

We are seeking a skilled Assembler / Test Technician II to support the assembly and testing of large, heavy steel components in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical background who thrives in a hands-on, safety-focused setting.

What You'll Do:

Safely assemble and handle large, heavy components and equipment
Operate tools and machinery including:
- Manual & pneumatic hand tools
- Hydraulic torque wrenches & tensioning devices
- Hydraulic presses
- Overhead cranes & forklifts
Assist with mechanical testing and installation of test equipment
Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Coordinate with team members to meet production and shipping deadlines
Travel occasionally for field work (onshore/offshore) as needed

What You Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent
2-4 years of heavy equipment assembly or oilfield/manufacturing experience
Hands-on experience with hydraulic tools and heavy lift equipment
Ability to read and follow technical drawings and procedures
Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
Solid communication and teamwork skills
Proven commitment to safety

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work 8-12 hour physically demanding shifts
Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs; occasional lifting of 75-100 lbs with assistance
Prolonged standing, bending, and working in various weather conditions
