We are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented bilingual Family Law Paralegal fluent in English and Spanish to join our law firm. The ideal candidate will support attorneys with case management, client communication, document preparation, and administrative duties while providing professional and compassionate service in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with clients in both English and Spanish.
• Conduct client intake interviews and gather case-related information.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain legal documents and client files.
• Assist attorneys with drafting pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Manage case calendars, deadlines, appointments, and court dates.
• Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and other parties as authorized.
• Assist with discovery, document collection, and case preparation.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive client information.
• Provide general administrative support to attorneys and office staff.

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish, including strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other standard office software.
• Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and a client-focused attitude.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous paralegal or legal assistant experience.
• Experience in family law, domestic relations, divorce, custody, or child support.
