Location: Bozeman, Montana

Pay Rate: $70/hr

Contract: 13 Weeks

Schedule: Variable shifts, days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required

Total Working Hours per week: 36 hours/week

Experience: Minimum 1 year of NICU, Labor & Delivery, Emergency Department, or Intensive Care nursing experience required


About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse - NICU to provide high-quality neonatal nursing care in a collaborative healthcare environment. The nurse will assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, support patient and family education, and work closely with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective care.


Responsibilities
• Assess patient condition and collect comprehensive clinical data
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care
• Provide neonatal nursing care in accordance with professional standards
• Educate patients and families based on clinical needs
• Promote a safe, supportive, and patient-centered care environment
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC
• Support quality improvement and evidence-based nursing practice


Requirements
• Active Montana Registered Nurse license required
• American Heart Association BLS required
• NRP certification required
• STABLE certification required
• Minimum 1 year of NICU, L&D, ED, or ICU nursing experience required
• Must live at least 90 miles away from the facility
• Ability to work variable shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, communication, and emotional intelligence required
