Role Description This full-time, on-site role based in Cleveland, OH, seeks a skilled Skin Care Specialist. Responsibilities include conducting skin analyses, providing personalized skincare treatments, educating clients on best practices, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The Specialist will work closely with Dr. Lu-Jean Feng, a world renowned Microvascular Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, and her patients to recommend effective skincare regimens and medical-grade skin care products and collaborate with team members to provide an exceptional clinical experience and outcome. Qualifications Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and team members Proficiency or knowledge in Medicine and Critical Care Medicine to ensure safe and effective skincare practices Strong Customer Service skills to provide a positive and professional experience for clients Attention to detail, dedication to maintaining cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety protocols Relevant certifications or licensure in the field of skincare or dermatology Previous experience in the health and wellness and/or plastic surgery industry is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
