Responsibilities

Position Summary: The R&D Laboratory Leader supports laboratory operations and research activities while providing basic coordination of daily tasks. This role combines hands‑on lab work with limited leadership responsibilities, helping ensure experiments are completed efficiently, safely, and accurately.

• Laboratory Execution
  • Perform routine laboratory experiments, tests, and analyses
  • Prepare samples, materials, and equipment
  • Record and report data accurately
• Team Coordination
  • Help organize daily lab tasks and priorities
  • Act as a point of contact for basic lab questions
• Project Support
  • Assist in executing assigned R&D projects
  • Track progress of tasks and communicate status to supervisor
  • Support meeting project timelines
• Equipment & Lab Maintenance
  • Clean, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment
  • Identify and report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs
  • Maintain organized lab spaces and ensure readiness for work
  • Monitor and replenish laboratory supplies and materials
• Safety & Compliance
  • Follow all lab safety procedures and SOPs
  • Promote safe work practices within the team
  • Maintain proper documentation
• Collaboration
  • Work closely with scientists, engineers, and technicians
  • Share updates and observations clearly

Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field.
• Experience : 0-5 years of laboratory or R&D experience.
