Communication Specialist

Engaging with reporters to ensure their concerns are handled with care, the remote Communication Specialist will manage inbound calls regarding sensitive workplace issues, guiding callers through a structured interview process while maintaining strict confidentiality. Key responsibilities Engage reporters with care and instill confidence in the handling of their information Answer inbound calls promptly and follow the intake process while exercising good judgment Lead guided interviews to capture accurate report details, ensuring quality and confidentiality Required qualifications Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM Experience using MS Office and navigating proprietary software applications Ability to demonstrate emotional resilience in distressing situations Comfort working in a fast-paced, candid environment that values innovation Access to a quiet, secure home office with recommended internet speed of 25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload Virtual Vocations Inc
