Genesis Health Clubs is looking for an outgoing, motivated Membership Sales Representative who loves connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being rewarded for great performance. This is more than a front-desk position. You'll be responsible for introducing prospective members to Genesis, building relationships, generating leads, and helping people take the first step toward reaching their health and fitness goals. You’ll receive a base wage plus commission opportunities , giving strong performers the ability to increase their earning potential while building valuable sales experience. What You’ll Do Connect with prospective members and help them find the right membership Give engaging club tours and showcase everything Genesis has to offer Generate leads and build relationships with potential members Make calls, send texts, and follow up with prospects Schedule appointments and maintain an active sales pipeline Ask for referrals and create new sales opportunities Promote current membership offers and club services Achieve individual sales goals and monthly expectations Provide an exceptional experience from the first conversation through the sale Build relationships with current members and become a familiar face around the club Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional club environment WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR You’ll be a great fit if you: Are outgoing and genuinely enjoy meeting new people Are confident starting conversations Are competitive and motivated by goals Enjoy working in a team environment Aren't afraid to pick up the phone and follow up with prospects Are comfortable asking for the sale Bring positive energy and enthusiasm to work Are dependable, coachable, and eager to improve Have an interest in health and fitness Like the idea of being rewarded for your performance Previous sales experience is preferred, especially in fitness, retail, hospitality, wireless, automotive, or other customer-focused environments , but we’re also interested in candidates with the right personality, drive, and willingness to learn.
