Responsibilities Promptly fulfill customer service requests Conduct daily rounds to check mechanical equipment, recreational facilities, and safety concerns Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and heating system repairs Prepare and turn over vacant units/suites Maintain grounds and common areas Perform light carpentry, drywall repairs, and touch-up painting Participate in after-hours on-call duties as assigned Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the property interior and exterior Address safety risks immediately, such as fire alarms and trip hazards Qualifications High school diploma HVAC certification Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance Excellent diagnostic skills Strong customer service skills Attention to detail and urgency in completing tasks Ability to follow instructions efficiently Professional and friendly attitude with prospects, residents, and colleagues Additional Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Management and Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
