Construction Project Manager

Scale Construction Inc. Construction Project Manager Chicago, IL (On-site, in-office) What you’ll do Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, with full responsibility for schedule, budget, and quality. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and design partners while managing RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Lead site walks and OAC meetings to keep all stakeholders aligned on scope, cost, and timeline. Enforce safety and quality control standards while proactively resolving issues that could impact project progress. Track cost and schedule performance and prepare progress reports, forecasts, and updates for leadership and clients. What you bring 3–5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in commercial or industrial projects. Strong working knowledge of budgets, schedules, contracts, and field coordination with general contractors and trades. Clear communication skills and the ability to lead teams and keep projects moving. Proficiency with construction management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. What you’ll get Compensation: $75,000–$120,000 base salary, plus bonus depending on experience.
