Base Calibration Engineer

Required Technical/Functional Skills Minimum 3 years of vehicle engine calibration experience Fundamental knowledge of Internal Combustion Engines (ICE) and powertrain calibration Working knowledge of calibration tools such as INCA and ATI Understanding of emissions regulations and powertrain technologies Experience in data acquisition, collection, and processing Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and INCA Knowledge of calibration processes using Design of Experiments (DoE) and optimization techniques Experience with advanced simulation tools Proficiency in CANalyzer, UDS diagnostic protocols/services, CAN, and LIN communication protocols Roles & Responsibilities Design and develop Base Engine calibrations for assigned powertrain modules Perform dyno testing and fine-tune calibrations as required Develop and execute Base Engine test scripts Analyze and resolve Base Engine validation issues through root cause analysis Develop prototype models to support calibration validation and issue resolution Collaborate with cross-functional teams during calibration and validation activities #J-18808-Ljbffr Veriipro
