This part-time position is essential for maintaining the functionality and safety of our facilities, ensuring that our preschool environment remains welcoming and conducive to learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on school facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and general upkeep tasks.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to ensure a safe environment for staff and children.
• Perform regular inspections of the premises to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
• Collaborate with school staff to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting the daily operations of the preschool.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies necessary for maintenance tasks.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance or handyman services.
• Availability to work part-time during the specified hours.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in educational or childcare facilities.
• Basic knowledge of safety regulations and practices related to building maintenance.

Work Environment: The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, centered around a preschool setting.
