Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff within the unit. Develop and implement individualized care plans. Supervise daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation. Conduct regular assessments to maintain quality standards and compliance. Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to nursing staff. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident well‑being.
