We're seeking a SeniorConsultant, Management Consultant to serve in our Strategic Program Management practice to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact. SUMMARY: As a Senior Consultant at every turn,you'llseekto further enhance our quality of delivery, client satisfaction, risk management, profitability, and client team effectiveness. YOUWILL: Use knowledge of Program Management and effective Project Management skills to plan and lead work streams with small teams. Manage complex stakeholder relationships across business, technology, and data teams. Manageownactivities and those of team members to deliver desired business outcomes. Focus on quality completion of deliverables. Work directly with clients as a visible and engaged member of the team. Actively contribute to business development through the identification of new opportunities with existing clients. Establish positive relationships with clients and peers that build credibility, foster your support network, and empower career development. Work with prestigious clients withon-site presence andsometravelrequired. IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE: 3+ years of management consulting, advisory, professional services, and/or Big 4 consulting experience. Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at various stages of completion. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of various technologies including applications and databases. Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suites of products(i.e.Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). Demonstrated proficiency in use of project planning tools (MS Project, Jira, Version One,Aha!,etc.). Proven success delivering projects inAgile/Scrumand Waterfall environments. The ability to travel to fulfill client requirements and project needs, and for personal development. An entrepreneurial mindset, including an excellent ability to uncover new opportunities for account growth and impact. An ability to authenticallyestablishcredibility, build consensus, and activate collaboration with clients and teammates. A demonstratedtrack recordof successfully working on large, complex consulting engagements, including roles that involved managing and interfacing with senior-level client executives. Excellent interpersonal communication skills with professional staff, senior levelexecutivesand the community at large. A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. A master's degree and/or applicable professional certifications are bonuses. ProjectManagement Certification (CAPM or PMP) is a plus.
