Senior IT Systems Analyst

Supporting the integration of Corporate IT systems for newly acquired companies, the full-time remote Senior IT Systems Analyst will partner with stakeholders across various business functions to gather requirements, facilitate discovery sessions, and contribute to technology integration efforts. Key responsibilities Gather and document business and technical requirements for IT system integrations Create process maps and documentation to support M&A playbooks and technology solutions Facilitate stakeholder discussions and drive alignment across teams during integration processes Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology or a related discipline, or a minimum of six years of relevant work experience At least four years of experience in designing, developing, programming, and/or supporting IT systems and applications Experience facilitating discovery sessions and gathering business and technical requirements Knowledge of Corporate IT systems, including HR management and ERP systems Experience working in Agile environments and utilizing Agile work management tools such as Azure DevOps
