Senior Data Systems Analyst

To ensure data quality and compliance across enterprise platforms, the full-time Senior Data Systems Analyst will validate business requirements, conduct testing strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, with the option to work remotely or from a local office. Key responsibilities: Investigate production data incidents and perform root cause analysis to identify corrective actions Develop and maintain comprehensive testing strategies and documentation for enterprise data platforms Collaborate with data engineering teams to implement automated testing frameworks and promote quality engineering best practices Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field 6+ years of experience in Data Quality Analysis, Data Warehousing, or Business Systems Analysis Insurance industry experience, particularly in P&C or Life Insurance Strong expertise in SQL development and data analysis Experience with enterprise data warehouse environments and data governance practices
