Primary function to collect on all past due accounts to a minimum company standard of 7.0%
Review and contact expired accounts.
Make field visits for non contact customers
Review rental agreement for clear customer understanding
Merchandise showroom
Deliver and install and demonstrate rental merchandise
Operate company vehicle safely
Perform minor service calls and or install loaner items
Follow all company policies
Regularly solicit additional business via in-store visits, phone calls text and email
Respond to web leads and convert into a sale
Many other less essential daily duties.
