Job TitleJob TitleJob DescriptionIn this role, you will:Work on everything pertaining to Electronic Security Systems (ESS) to include biometrics, x-ray, Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), metal detectors, Access Control Systems (ACS), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), communication technology and networks.Solve complex and challenging technical problems with cutting edge technologies.Perform corrective maintenance on the systems and components of the systems listed under required skills.Perform emergency on-call support, alternating with the team, to support after-hours efforts for systems listed under required skills.Perform preventive maintenance and testing on systems and components of systems listed under required skills.Support team in efforts of managing site contract, budget, forecasts, report writing and documentation.Support Information Assurance technician/engineer for information gathering and troubleshooting with updates.Required Education, Experience, & Skills:Associates Degree preferred, not required.4+ years work experience:C-CURE 9000 certificationAbility to climb laddersAble to lift up to 45 poundsTechnical troubleshooting and problem solving skillsWriting and communication skillsPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills:Associates degree4+ years' experience associated with systems listed in required skills.Security + certificationPELCO CCTV experienceExperience with Southwest Microwave/ Certification is a plusCommunications troubleshooting (Ethernet and Fiber optics)Pay Information:This position is covered by a wage law called the McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act (SCA).
