The 18,000-square-foot facility features state-of-the-art emergency healthcare serving the residents of East Orange County open 24-7. The 24-bed ED includes an urgent care track to diagnose and treat non-emergent cases more efficiently, an observation unit to closely monitor care for up to 24 hours, and offers emergent care supported by ground transportation if specialty care is needed. We are proud to be revolutionizing healthcare with visionary leadership and world-class resources. Primary Job Responsibilities: Conducts audits to ensure compliance with hospital governing agencies. Reviews patient charts to verify accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards. Collects and analyzes data to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement. Synthesizes multiple data elements to establish and implement effective processes. Leads and participates in planning and delivery of process improvement plans. Communicates findings and recommendations to interdisciplinary teams. What You'll Need to Succeed: Associate of Science degree in Nursing Current State of Florida or Multistate licensure as a Registered Nurse Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification Physical Requirements: (Please click the link below to view work requirements) Physical Requirements - Pay Range: $31.53 - $52.24 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law) Certain positions are subject to Florida Level 2 background screening , including fingerprinting, as required by state law.
