This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a company that is reshaping its industry landscape.What You Will DoDrive sales by engaging with potential clients and effectively communicating the value of our solutions.Develop and maintain strong relationships with small to medium-sized businesses to understand their needs.Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify opportunities and close deals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from onboarding to support.Track and report on sales metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy and execution.Continuously gather market intelligence to inform product development and sales tactics.Ideal Candidate Background1-4 years of experience in sales, preferably within a B2B environment.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.Compensation and BenefitsThe base salary for this role ranges from $80K to $100K, with competitive equity options available.
