Overview Location: Midtown Manhattan, NY (On-Site) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2) Paid Training | Professional Development | Advancement Opportunities Important: This is a fully in-person position located in Midtown Manhattan. Employees work on-site Monday through Friday, and all stages of the interview process are conducted in person at our office. Remote and hybrid work options are not available at the moment. As a Customer Experience Associate, you’ll work directly with business clients, helping create positive experiences, build strong relationships, and support clients throughout the customer journey.
