Director, Data Platform & AI Engineering

Kapitus, Inc. is seeking a Director of Data Engineering to lead a Snowflake-centered data platform modernization. You will set architecture standards, guide onshore and offshore teams, and stay hands-on to review code and data models. You will drive design reviews, enable reusable ingestion patterns, and ensure data quality, governance, and security across the platform.
