TikTok Shop Affiliate Strategist (United States)

We're hiring a TikTok Shop Affiliate Strategist to drive monthly GMV and scale affiliate performance across a portfolio of leading beauty brands on TikTok Shop. This is a performance marketing and growth role, not a creator management role.

You'll be responsible for understanding what drives affiliate revenue and continuously using data, testing, and performance insights to improve it. You'll analyze affiliate, product, content, and GMV performance to identify what's working, what's not, and where there are opportunities to grow. From there, you'll develop and execute strategies, test new approaches, measure results, and make informed pivots to continuously increase affiliate GMV month-over-month.

You'll work closely with our Shop Operations, Affiliate Partnerships, and Paid Media teams to build scalable affiliate strategies, optimize performance, and turn data and learnings into action. This includes identifying high-performing affiliates and content, developing product and commission strategies, testing new growth opportunities, and using performance trends to inform where the program should go next.

Responsibilities

GMV Growth and Account Strategy

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and pace to monthly affiliate GMV targets for each
• Build and adjust affiliate strategy to scale performance month over month
• Forecast affiliate-driven GMV and pace against monthly goals
• Manage sampling, outreach, commission, and incentive budgets against ROI targets
• Set commission structures and incentives based on performance data
• Optimize product strategy based on conversion rate, margin, and GMV potential

Affiliate Community Growth

• Grow each brand's affiliate community through intentional creator targeting and outreach, focusing on high potential affiliates with conversion potential within the category
• Build scalable acquisition through open and targeted collaborations, sampling strategy, and incentive programs
• Plan and run affiliate campaigns and contests with defined KPIs to activate and grow the community
• Monitor community health: active affiliate rate, new affiliate activation, and GMV spread across the community
• Work with the Affiliate Partnerships team to grow, educate and collaborate with Amie's Affiliate Community

Performance and Creative Analysis

• Track full-funnel affiliate performance: GMV per affiliate, GMV per sample, sample-to-post rate, conversion rate, and ROI
• Break down top-performing affiliate content to find what drives sales: hooks, formats, product demos, claims, pacing, and CTAs
• Turn those findings into creative briefs that guide affiliates toward proven, high-converting content
• Test new creative angles and measure their impact on GMV
• Work with our Paid Media team to scale top affiliate content through ads and GMV Max

Partnerships Collaboration

• Identify top-performing and emerging high-GMV affiliates and hand them to our partnerships team to retain and contract
• Share performance insights that shape retainer decisions and creator prioritization
• Keep a steady pipeline of proven performers moving from the community to contracted partnerships

Client Reporting

• Present performance, insights, and next steps to clients with clear recommendations
• Back strategic recommendations with data, and push back when the data supports it

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in paid media, performance marketing, e-commerce growth, or performance-focused affiliate marketing
• Hands-on TikTok Shop experience
• Experience with TikTok Ads Manager, GMV Max, and Seller Center analytics
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and owning revenue or performance targets
• Strong analytical skills: can turn data into actionable insights and next steps
• A good eye for creative: you can explain why one piece of content converts and another doesn't
• Experience managing budgets against ROI targets
• Confident presenting to clients
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
