Responsibilities Following all administrative policies and procedures as outlined, ensuring all deadlines are met. Performing accurate data entry and maintaining requested daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. Communicating effectively and timely with leaders, administrative manager & team, providing clear, concise feedback regularly. Maintaining an open, positive relationship with all business partners internally & externally. Assisting with event planning including scheduling, attending on and offsite meetings with vendors, tracking budgets, and coordinating event details with appropriate departments. Assisting with safety & security measures within the office. Assisting with the completion of assigned projects, ensuring deadlines are met. Collaborating with leadership and acting as the point of contact in the manager's absence. Qualifications Highly organized with attention to detail. Takes initiative, a strong sense of urgency. Excellent interpersonal skills and a PMA (Positive Mental Attitude). Ability to adapt/multitask/be flexible. Strong written and verbal communication skills, independent thinker, and ability to work well with others. Focused, Determined, Dependable. Experience w/Outlook & Microsoft products.

1. year of working in an office setting cubicle setting (non-remote).
2. years' experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant or similar role.
