National Care Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help empower young adults with complex needs to live as independently as possible. You will build positive relationships, listen, discuss goals, and plan activities with individuals in your care. Responsibilities include planning daily tasks, assisting with cooking, cleaning, personal care, medication administration, and accompanying clients on activities.
