Volt is immediately hiring for Quality Control Inspector  in Des Moines, IA.

As a  Quality Control Inspector you will:

• Implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Perform routine inspections and quality tests.
• Inspect products to ensure that they meet quality standards and the customer’s bill of materials.
• Document deficiencies and errors of products and confirm corrections of these errors.
• Operate a manual hydraulic pallet jack.

This is a full time  opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Preferred experience in wiring or quality assurance.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Ability to read blueprints and exploded-view drawings.

• Exercise common sense when making decisions.

• Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Well versed in a tape measure; preferably able to read 1/8 of inch.

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
