Program Overview

GDIT delivers critical all‑source intelligence on foreign military and civilian cyber actors, their supporting infrastructure, and the broader ecosystems in which these capabilities operate. This intelligence directly supports foundational military intelligence (FMI) requirements for the joint force and ensures alignment with the mission portfolios.

On this program, GDIT provides a broad range of analytic and mission‑enabling support to produce operationally relevant FMI and scientific and technical intelligence (S&TI) for cyberspace operations. Our support is not limited to analysis; we engage across the entire intelligence cycle—planning, collection, processing, exploitation, production, and dissemination—while also executing integrated mission management functions.

All support is focused on enhancing the customers’ ability to enable both defensive and offensive cyberspace operations.

Position Overview

Intelligence Management / Administrative Requirements Specialist

The Intelligence Management / Administrative Requirements Specialist provides comprehensive administrative, intelligence‑support, and operational coordination across designated Centers, Offices, and Task Forces.

The specialist supports analysts, engineers, scientists, and leadership by reviewing and preparing documentation, managing task actions and RFIs, formatting and consolidating information, and ensuring the accuracy of program materials. The role includes creating read‑ahead documents, coordinating with security personnel to ensure proper access for visitors, producing read books for official meetings, and supporting intelligence dissemination needs.

This position provides full event and meeting support, including equipment setup, attendee escorting, and coordination with customer security for access verification. The specialist also oversees travel support for all personnel, entering travel data into the Defense Travel System (DTS), making reservations, assisting with voucher completion, and maintaining logs and metrics for travel activities and claim closure.

The specialist supports administrative and deployment processes for civilian, military, and contractor personnel preparing to deploy or forward‑deployed to OCONUS locations. Responsibilities include coordinating with directorate and customer deployment managers, scheduling required training, maintaining rosters and databases, and managing all theater‑specific deployment documentation.

This role ensures smooth operational workflows, accurate documentation, compliant deployment processes, and effective administrative support that enables mission success across multiple organizational elements.

Job Requirements

· Provide full-spectrum intelligence and administrative support for analysts, engineers, scientists, and mission personnel.

· Review documents for accuracy and assist with accessing, coordinating, consolidating, or formatting information.

· Support administration and management of RFIs, task actions, reports, briefings, and documentation required for program operations.

· Prepare correspondence, official documents, read‑ahead materials, and read books to support meetings, official functions, and program activity management.

· Coordinate with security personnel to ensure appropriate access for guests and meeting participants.

· Provide support for Center, Office, and Task Force meetings, conferences, and capstone events, including equipment setup, attendee escorting, and material preparation.

· Enter travel information into the Defense Travel System (DTS), make reservations, assist travelers with voucher completion, and maintain logs/metrics of all travel activities and claim status.

· Support administrative and deployment processes for civilian, military, and contractor personnel preparing for or engaged in OCONUS deployments.

· Coordinate with directorate and DIA deployment managers to schedule training, maintain rosters and databases, and prepare all theater‑specific deployment documentation.

· Provide cross‑domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support as required.

Education and Required Experience

Mid level: Bachelor’s degree with 8 years’ experience.

Senior level: Master’s degree with 12 years related experience or bachelor’s degree with 17 years’ experience.

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $30.44 - $41.18. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
