Position Overview As a Stryker Endoscopy Sales Representative, you will be a trusted partner in delivering visualization and connected OR solutions to doctors, nurses, and staff. You will promote and sell Stryker Endoscopy products, educate users on proper use and maintenance, and support product evaluation and trade shows. Responsibilities Promote and sell Stryker Endoscopy products within approved indications for use. Educate doctors, nurses, and staff on the proper use and maintenance of Stryker products. Direct product evaluations in OR and office settings. Assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings. Keep the regional manager informed of territory progress on a regular basis. Resolve product problems for customers in an expeditious manner. Assist in the training and development of sales personnel. Qualifications 2–5 years in an outside medical sales position (medicine‑related experience preferred). Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least five years of commercial sales experience or medical field experience, including operating room exposure. Ability to negotiate price and terms of transactions with customers. Fundamental understanding of all Stryker products and ability to disseminate this knowledge. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills. Effective communication with large groups and via telephone, email, and text. Operating common office equipment (smartphone, tablet, Microsoft Office, Outlook). Physical capability: exert up to 50 pounds occasionally or up to 20 pounds frequently.
