We are looking for motivated In-Home Sales Consultants to meet with homeowners throughout Brooklyn and help them create beautiful, functional bathroom spaces.

Job Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled appointments throughout Brooklyn.
• Conduct professional in-home bathroom design consultations.
• Learn customer needs and recommend customized remodeling solutions.
• Present product options, pricing, and financing solutions.
• Build trust and create a positive customer experience.
• Close sales during the consultation process.
• Maintain accurate customer information and update lead statuses in company systems.
• Follow established sales processes to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
• Home improvement sales experience is a plus (bath remodeling, windows, roofing, siding, kitchens, flooring, HVAC, solar, or similar industries).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Professional, confident, and customer-focused personality.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
• Comfortable meeting homeowners in their homes.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to complete our fully paid training program.
