Account Manager / Customer Service Account Manager Our client is a well-established specialty food ingredient company supporting food manufacturers with sourcing, product development, and supply chain solutions. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts, ensuring seamless order execution and exceptional service. You’ll play a critical role in keeping production moving by solving issues quickly, accurately, and independently in a fast-paced B2B environment. Benefits & Extras: Hybrid work model (onsite training up to 6 months, then 2 in-office days weekly) Competitive pay: $28–$31/hr + annual bonus tied to performance (details pending) Health, dental, and vision coverage starting 1st of month after 30 days 401(k) retirement plan eligibility High-visibility role with ownership of a major customer account Small, tight-knit company with strong culture and collaboration Established, stable business serving the food manufacturing industry since 1989 Compensation: $28/hr – $31/hr What You’ll Be Doing: Process customer orders in Sage X3 and ensure accuracy from entry to invoicing Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely order updates Resolve order issues including credit holds, shortages, and allocation challengesCoordinate shipments, supplier direct drops, and required documentation (COAs, etc.) Handle customer complaints and drive resolution through internal partners Manage returns, order changes, and account updates Support administrative and cross-functional team needs as required What You’ll Need to be Considered: Be able to do the job as described Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field Experience supporting product logistics or supply chain processes Familiarity with food or ingredient-based manufacturing preferred Strong critical thinking with ability to independently resolve issues Comfort working in a small, fast-moving, collaborative environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Sage X3 a plus) #J-18808-Ljbffr
