Job Description: Territory Sales Representative – Based in Dover, NH | Regional Travel (Approx. 25%) – $58,500 + Uncapped Commission – On-Target Earnings: $85,000-$150,000+ Our client is seeking an ambitious and relationship-focused Territory Sales Representative to drive business growth across Industrial markets. If you’re tired of selling products that struggle with delivery or customer support, you’ll appreciate joining a company known for exceptional customer service, strong owner involvement, and a high customer satisfaction culture Location: Dover, New Hampshire Responsibilities: Develop new business through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and relationship building. Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying expansion opportunities. Sell industrial filtration systems, filter components, and related solutions. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Visit customer sites to understand operations and recommend filtration solutions. Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales opportunities. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline activity. Partner with engineering, customer service, and operations teams to ensure customer success. Serve as a trusted advisor to facilities, warehouse, and production management teams.
