Call center, customer service, and sales professionals looking for an opportunity to grow and develop your career, apply here!Responsibilities:Responsible for making outbound sold and unsold follow-up calls to assist our Client Care Division.Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customersSatisfy the vehicle needs of Internet-generated customersCollaborate with our Client Care Division and assist with incoming internet email leads and internet phone leadsBe available to respond to appointments made, demonstrate the features and benefits, email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken mannerAssist customers in appropriate vehicle selectionAwareness of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customersConceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstrationDirect customers to product information resources, including those available on the internetCheck email frequently and respond to inquiries immediatelyAssist customers in selecting a vehicleQualifications:Quality customer service skills, and proven sales track recordAbility to work Full Time including Saturdays and some evenings.
