Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient orthopedic practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to patients with musculoskeletal and functional impairments. New graduates are encouraged to apply and will have the opportunity to develop their clinical skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.

Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life.

Utilize manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises to address musculoskeletal and functional impairments.

Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.

Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.

Assist with discharge planning and ongoing patient evaluations.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.

Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and treatment methodologies.
Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapy License.

Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.

Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred

Experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting.

Knowledge of neurological and pediatric patient populations.

Experience with discharge planning and care plan development.

Proficiency in manual therapy techniques.
